Salma has spent her entire adult life playing supporting character in everyone else's story. She works tirelessly, stays single dutifully, and finally agrees to marry Sikandar, a well-meaning businessman determined to win her over. Just as the wedding looms, her company sends her to London for two months of training. There she meets Meet, the program coordinator whose easy confidence and cosmopolitan lifestyle challenge everything she thought she wanted. Caught between the life waiting for her back home and the version of herself she discovers abroad, Salma must decide which future actually belongs to her.
