Sub-Inspector Vetri discovers severed hands in an ice vending cart. The ice vendor, who drove the cart, fell into a tar tank and died which make identification impossible. Vetri takes a fingerprint from the severed hand for forensic analysis to find the victim, which matches with fingerprint of four young men killed in an accident. Shockingly, the fingerprint reveals the identity of Amuthan, a student Vetri considers a brother, making the case deeply personal. The only clue is that all four men died on the same day. With this lead, Vetri begins his investigation and uncovers a sinister plot by a medical team to cover up the deaths of young clinical trial participants by staging them as accidents. The story follows Vetri's relentless pursuit of justice as he unravels the truth and brings the perpetrators to trial.
