Inspired by true events, Mrigaya follows a gripping murder investigation in the red-light district of Kolkata. When Chaya, a sex worker, is found brutally murdered and robbed, the case is assigned to Officer-in-Charge Debanjan and newly deputed officer Animesh. As they dig deeper, shocking revelations expose the hidden truths of those around them. Animesh forms an unlikely alliance with Chameli, a bold and street-smart sex worker, whose insights help crack open the case. With the aid of cybercrime expert Rudra, the investigation points toward a notorious criminal tribe from Uttar Pradesh-the Bheriya gang-led by the elusive and dangerous Sardaar. The team, now joined by raid specialist Imran, embarks on a covert mission to track down the gang. What follows is a tense cat-and-mouse chase, where the line between the hunter and the hunted begins to blur
