Krantijyoti Vidyalay a Marathi medium school is on verge of demolition due to its dilapidated state and a corrupt politician Jagtap is eyeing the land and wants to build an international school. Dinkar Shirke who started as a student in the school is now the principal and emotionally attached to it.He decides to call his favorite students to save the fading glory out of fifteen only seven turn out. Baban,Rakesh,Anju,Deep,Salma and now husband and wife duo Vishu and Suman.Everyone gathers and revisits their old school memories. But are not on the same page when it comes to save the school due to different opinion considering today's education needs.Students convince Shirke Sir to go for a reunion picnic and to their surprise they are joined by former teacher Narverkar Bai who tells everyone that how Shirke Sir is attached to the school, and if this school wasn't there all gathered here wouldn't have been what they are today.Finally everyone join hands and decide to save Krantijyoti Vidyalay.
