Kargil war has just ended and Lahore based Brigadier Jaan Mohammad Nisar has an Indian visitor Brigadier M.L Khetarpal who lost his son Arun Khetarpal in 1971 Indo-Pak war at just 21.Arun belonged to 17 Poona Horse regiment and was one of its bravest and disciplined officer who wanted to join the battlefield immediately. After massive training under Sagat Singh,Colonel Hanut got him in the battle field but always kept him reserved.While the war is approaching towards ceasefire Arun feels he has no contribution towards it and will have nothing to tell his lady love Kiran.In present times while M.L Khetarpal is visiting his old days in Pakistan.Nisar has lot to share about Arun with his father during the 1971 war,which also made Pakistani army feel proud of him.
