A 40-year-old disgraced Delhi Police Inspector Gadar Singh (Manav Vij) forms an unusual partnership with a young psychiatric intern, Sakshi Murmu (Monica Panwar) to decipher a bizarre crime scene of deaths - 7 bodies hanging from 7 ropes - in a fog-hazed, cramped corner of industrial East-Delhi. While the world sees a different picture, the two sleuths, in their pursuit of the truth, find themselves opening up a crypt buried in the past where they are pulled into a deeper web of crimes spanning decades.
